Currency: JPY. Exchange rates and any foreign transaction fees are determined by your card issuer or PayPal.

• We ship within 3 business days (JST) after your order is confirmed. We do not ship on weekends or Japanese public holidays.
• A tracking number will be emailed when your parcel ships.

• Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic conditions, customs inspection/clearance, local public holidays, or strikes.

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us first to request a return.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging (trying on is acceptable).
• Return shipping costs and any duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
We cannot accept returns if:
• The item shows damage, soiling, or alteration caused by use or mishandling.
• We do not receive a return request within 7 days of delivery.
• The item has been used.
• Sale items, custom/special orders, or items resized/engraved/altered.
